1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter — "Users") that may be obtained by the Operator when using the website ngthockey.ru (hereinafter — the "Website").
The Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

By using the Website, submitting a contact form, or otherwise providing the Operator with personal data, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
2. Data we collect
Through contact forms on the Website, the Operator may receive the following personal data:
- name (or child's name, if the User is a parent);
- e-mail address;
- phone number;
- free-form message text;
- child's age, training level, training goals — if these fields are voluntarily filled in;
- technical information: IP address, device type, browser type, language settings, visit time (transmitted automatically when using the Website).
The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data (health status, political beliefs, biometrics, etc.), except when the User voluntarily provides them in the free-form message text.
3. Processing purposes
Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- processing training applications at NGT Hockey Center;
- processing applications for international player transfer services;
- providing consultations on Operator's services;
- feedback to the User (including phone calls, messenger messages, and e-mail);
- concluding, performing, and terminating contracts;
- compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Legal grounds
Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of consent of the data subject (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), expressed when submitting a form on the Website.
For minors under 14 years of age, consent is given by a parent (legal representative). By submitting a form on behalf of a child, the parent confirms their legal authority and consents to the processing of the child's data.
5. Data operations
The Operator performs the following operations with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
6. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- hosting provider "TimeWeb" LLC — for hosting the Website and storing data on servers within the Russian Federation;
- analytics services (Yandex.Metrica) — for visit statistics in depersonalized form (after activation);
- upon request from authorized state authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.
7. Data localization
In accordance with part 5 of article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, and extraction of personal data of Russian Federation citizens is carried out using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
8. Retention periods
Personal data is stored no longer than required by processing purposes:
- application data without subsequent contract — up to 1 year from receipt;
- client data (after contract conclusion) — during contract validity and 3 years after termination, unless otherwise required by law;
- data related to accounting and tax records — 5 years in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
- upon consent withdrawal — data is deleted within 30 days, except when storage is required by law.
9. Cookies and localStorage
The Website uses localStorage technology to save the selected interface language (Russian / English). This data is stored in the User's browser and is not transmitted to the Operator.
After activating the web analytics system (Yandex.Metrica), the Website may install cookies to collect depersonalized visit statistics. The User can disable cookies in their browser settings.
10. Data protection
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions, including:
- data transmission via secure HTTPS connection (SSL/TLS);
- restriction of employee access to personal data;
- regular hosting software updates;
- database backups.
11. User rights
The User has the right to:
- receive information about the composition and content of their personal data processed by the Operator;
- request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or obtained illegally;
- withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time;
- appeal against the Operator's actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor or in court.
To exercise these rights, send a written request to info@ngthockey.ru with the subject "Personal Data". Response time — no more than 30 days from receipt of the request.
12. Consent withdrawal
Consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending the Operator a corresponding written application to the e-mail address info@ngthockey.ru. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the data and ensures its destruction within 30 days, except when data storage is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
13. Policy changes
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without prior notice to Users. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website at ngthockey.ru/privacy.html. The current version is always available at the specified address.
